Inspired Ink – Writing Contest for High School Girls

Attention all female writers! Salem College in Winston-Salem is holding a writing contest for high school girls. It is both fiction and poetry, with the winner getting $100 and their piece published in Salem’s literary journal and runners up receiving $50. More information about the contest is on their website at www.salem.edu/inspiredink.  Deadline for submissions is October 1, 2007, and high school girls in Wake County are eligible to enter the contest.
