Book of the Day: Bad Kitty by Michele Jaffe

Do you believe in super powers? 17-year old Jasmine Callahan does. Unfortunately, her only super powers seem to be an uncanny ability to attract trouble and cats. Cats love her, and that’s where the trouble begins.

The story fast forwards to Las Vegas where Jasmine is forced to spend her summer vacation with her family. Lying by the pool is ok but not when you are missing out on your lifelong dream of being a detective. Jasmine was supposed to spend her summer fighting crime and solving mysteries at her coveted police internship. Her father foiled that plan, but Jasmine soon finds out that Sin City is an excellent place for amateur detectives.

Once she is joined by her vacation crashing best friends and attacked by a 3-legged cat, the action begins. Follow Jasmine and her friends on their hilarious crime-stopping adventures as they try to save a famous model and her son from the darker side of Las Vegas.
