Teens Can Win $1,000 With Go Overboard Challenge Grants

Do you have an idea to change your school, neighborhood, community, city, or the world?  If you can share your vision and are between the ages of 12-20, you could win one of 12-$1,000 grants.  The grant is co-sponsored by Burton Snowboards, Youth Venture, and young adult author Justina Chen Headley.  Details and a grant application can be found at the Youth Venture website.  Applicants must also have an adult sponsor, such as a teacher or librarian.  Any of your friendly Wake County librarians would gladly sign as your sponsor!
