It starts with the three witches. They prophesy to a war hero named Macbeth, saying he will be the Lord of Cawdor and King over everything. The reigning king, Duncan, appoints him Thane of Cawdor. So that part of the phrophecy comes true. How far will Macbeth go in his endeavor to become King?
