Technology today is simply amazing. How about checking out this online, interactive learning site where you can create you very own “glog”? Yep, that’s Glogster EDU for you.
A “glog” is a basically a multimedia poster on the Internet. You can add videos, audio, text, pictures, and even attachments from applications like Microsoft Word. I heard that it was pretty cool, so I decided to try one out.
Okay, done. That was pretty easy to do. And it was fun as well. They had cool templates and stuff. You can see my Glog about the SAT Subject Tests here. It’s pretty sketchy, but that’s basically what it’s about. It’s free, but if you would like to upload documents and even draw on it, then you have to buy the premium feature.
Or, if you’re not into the whole EDU stuff, you can Glog about yourself at Glogster.com. All these glogs you can make either private or public, based on what you want.
Oh, and I was also surfing the App Store today when I noticed that Overdrive Media Console is now an app. Never noticed that, but I’m downloading it now and trying it out 🙂 This is what you use to download audio and ebooks from the digital library.
