The Dead and Buried by Kim Harrington

In The Dead and Buried, Jade and her family have just moved into their dream home. Their dream home may hold a dark side. Jade’s brother begins noticing that items are moving by themselves and there is an evil presence in the shadows. As the disturbances continue, she comes to realize that the girl who ruled the school that she now attends and died there is now seeking vengeance upon those who are responsible for her death. As Jade starts to put the pieces together, she realizes her own life is at risk.

This mystery/ horror book takes many different and unexpected twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat. This book immediately grabs your attention with the tone and building action. This book is recommended for people 12-15 because of some mature situations that happen in the book.

    Sounds like a good book. Mystery and horror often go well together. Some people even say that horror can’t exist without some mystery involved. A vengeful ghost or two can be pretty exciting too. Nice job on the review!
